- 80gWhite Sugar
- 15gFresh Ginger (crushed)
- 2pcsLime (cut into wedges)

Method

Bring the water to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the dried hibiscus flowers and fresh ginger.

Cover and steep for 15 minutes, then strain into a heatproof jug.

Stir in the white sugar until dissolved, then add the limes.

Cool promptly and refrigerate at 4°C (40°F) until thoroughly chilled. Serve within 3 days.
