    Banana Leaf (softened)

Sauce

    Coconut Milk
  • 150g
    Onion (finely chopped)

    Garlic (finely chopped)

    Lime Juice

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Season the barramundi with the salt and black pepper.

    Place the barramundi on the banana leaves and scatter over the onion and garlic.
