- 700mlWhole Milk
- 400mlEvaporated Milk
- 120gWhite Sugar
- 2pcsCinnamon Stick

Method

Place the white rice, water, and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat until the rice is nearly tender.

Add the whole milk and evaporated milk and continue cooking gently, stirring often so the milk does not catch on the bottom.

Stir in the white sugar and raisins and cook until the pudding is creamy and the rice is fully soft.

Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the vanilla extract, and discard the cinnamon sticks.
