Warm the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat and cook the onion until soft.

Add the garlic and stir just until fragrant.

Add the chicken breast, white rice, chicken stock, dried lime, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper, and salt.

Bring to a gentle boil, then cover loosely and simmer until the white rice is very soft and the chicken breast reaches 74°C (165°F) and is tender enough to shred.

Remove the dried lime, shred or beat the chicken into the porridge, and stir well until the texture is creamy and cohesive.
