- 30mlGhee
- 3gTurmeric Powder
- 3gCumin Powder

- 300mlWater

Method

Heat the ghee in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft, then stir in the garlic until fragrant.

Add the chicken breast and cook just until it turns opaque on the outside. Stir in the turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt.

Pour in the chicken stock and water, bring to a simmer, then add the white rice.

Cook gently, partially covered, until the chicken breast is very tender and the white rice has broken down, with the chicken reaching 74°C (165°F).

Beat and mash the mixture with a wooden spoon until the porridge becomes thick and smooth. Serve hot.
