    White Sugar

  • 300ml
    Water (lukewarm)

    Combine the all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, white sugar, and salt in a bowl.

    Pour in the lukewarm water and mix until a soft dough forms.

    Knead until smooth, then cover and leave the dough to rise for 60 to 75 minutes, until puffy.

    Heat the vegetable oil to 175°C (350°F).

    Divide the dough into small portions, flatten them slightly, and carefully place them into the hot oil.

    Fry the dough cakes for 3 to 4 minutes, turning once, until golden brown on both sides.
