    White Sugar

  • 300ml

    Combine the all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, white sugar, and salt in a bowl.

    Add the lukewarm water and vegetable oil, then mix and knead until smooth.

    Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place until doubled in size.

    Heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (356°F) in a deep pot.

    Pinch off portions of dough and gently shape them into evenly sized balls.

    Fry in batches, turning as needed, until evenly golden and cooked through.
