Method

Wash your hands and use a clean bowl, cloth, and utensils.

Place the kava root powder in the clean cloth and gather the cloth securely around it.

Submerge the cloth in the cold water and knead and squeeze it for several minutes until the liquid turns cloudy.

Lift out the cloth and squeeze it well over the bowl, taking care not to release powder into the drink.

Let the kava settle briefly and serve at room temperature. Do not combine it with alcohol.
