- 150gOnion (finely chopped)

- 400mlCoconut Milk
- 250gCrab Meat (cooked and checked for shell fragments)
- 150gSmoked Fish (cooked, skinned, and bones removed)

Method

Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the callaloo leaf, okra, fresh thyme, and water. Simmer until the greens are fully tender and the okra thickens the liquid.

Stir in the coconut milk and simmer gently until rich and slightly thickened.

Add the smoked fish and crab meat and cook until piping hot.

Season with the salt and black pepper.
