    Mix the whole wheat flour, salt, and water until a soft dough forms. Knead until smooth, cover, and let it rest.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Brown the lamb shoulder well on all sides.

    Add the onion and cook until softened. Stir in the tomato and tomato paste and cook until the mixture thickens.

    Add the baharat, turmeric powder, and black pepper and stir until fragrant. Pour in the meat stock, bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer until the lamb begins to soften.

    Add the potato, carrot, zucchini, and okra and continue simmering until the vegetables are nearly tender.

    Roll it out very thin and tear it into medium pieces.

    Slip the dough pieces into the stew one by one and cook gently until they are tender and the broth has thickened slightly.
