    Boil the sweet potato in the water until very tender, then drain well and mash until smooth.

    Stir in the coconut milk, evaporated milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, salt, all-purpose flour, and eggs until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
