Method

Mix the active dry yeast and white sugar with the lukewarm water and let stand until foamy.

Combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture, coconut milk, and eggs and mix into a soft dough.

Knead until smooth, cover, and let rise until doubled in volume.

Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten into thick rounds. Press the sesame seeds onto one side.

Heat a heavy skillet over medium-low heat and brush with coconut oil. Cook the rounds in batches, covered for part of the time, until browned on both sides and cooked through.
