- 300gSmoked Sausage (cut into thick slices)
- 120gBacon (diced)
- 1pcsOnion (finely chopped)

- 40gTomato Paste

Method

Cook the bacon in a pot over medium heat until it renders some fat and starts to brown.

Add the onion, carrot, and celery, and cook until softened. Stir in the garlic.

Add the white beans, beef stock, water, and bay leaves. Season with the salt and black pepper and bring to a gentle simmer.
