Method

Pour the whole milk into a saucepan and warm it gently over medium heat.

In a bowl, whisk the corn starch with the cold whole milk until completely smooth.

Whisk the slurry into the warm whole milk and cook, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens and turns silky.

Stir in the white sugar and cardamom powder until dissolved.

Take the pan off the heat and stir in the rose water.
