- 100mlWater
Sauce
- 120gOnion (finely chopped)
- 200gTomato (finely chopped)
- 20mlVegetable Oil
- 100gPeanut Butter
- 250mlWater
- 6gSalt
- 1gBlack Pepper

Place the kale and water in a pot, cover, and cook over medium heat until the leaves are tender.

Heat the vegetable oil in a separate pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until soft, then stir in the tomato and cook until thick and saucy.
