Method
Follow each step in order. Ingredient names are highlighted as you go.
- 01
Pat the top loin beef steak dry and season it with the salt and black pepper.
- 02
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the top loin beef steak until well browned on both sides and cooked to your preferred doneness, then let it rest for a few minutes.
- 03
Toast the white bread in a low oven at 160°C (320°F) until warmed through and lightly crisp.
- 04
In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crisp, then warm the ham just until lightly browned.
- 05
Fry the eggs until the whites are set and the yolks are still slightly runny or cooked to your liking.
- 06
Lay the mozzarella cheese over the rested steak and return it to the warm pan briefly so the cheese softens and begins to melt.
- 07
Spread the mayonnaise and mustard on the bread. Add the romaine lettuce and tomatoes, then layer on the ham, bacon, cheesy steak, and fried eggs.
- 08
Close each sandwich with the remaining bread and serve immediately while hot.
