Dough
- 500gBread Flour
- 7gActive Dry Yeast
- 300mlWater (lukewarm)
- 20gWhite Sugar
- 10gSalt
- 30mlVegetable Oil
- 1pcsEgg (beaten)

- 1pcsEgg (beaten)
- 35mlSunflower Oil
- 18gGarlic (crushed)
- 12gFresh Parsley (finely chopped)

Method

Stir the white sugar and active dry yeast into the lukewarm water and leave until foamy.

Mix the bread flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture, vegetable oil, and egg and knead until smooth and elastic.

Cover and let the dough rise until doubled.

Divide into equal pieces, shape into rolls, and let them rise until puffy.

Brush the rolls with the egg and bake at 190°C (375°F) until golden and cooked through.

Stir together the sunflower oil, garlic, and fresh parsley.
