- 180gOnion (finely chopped)
- 300gTomato (finely chopped)

- 35mlVegetable Oil

Method

Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until soft. Stir in the garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
