Filling
- 320gSpinach (roughly chopped)
- 160gOnion (finely chopped)
- 20mlVegetable Oil
- 4gSalt
- 2gBlack Pepper

Method

Mix the all-purpose flour and salt, add the water, and knead until smooth. Cover and rest.

Heat the vegetable oil and cook the onion until soft. Add the spinach and cook just until wilted.

Season with the salt and black pepper and cool the filling.

Roll the dough into thin rounds, place filling on one half, fold over, and seal into crescents.
