- 650gLamb Shoulder (cut into chunks)
- 550gPotato (cut into thick pieces)
- 220gOnion (sliced)
- 10gGarlic (crushed)
- 80gSheep Tail Fat (diced)
- 3gCumin Seeds
- 2gBlack Pepper
- 10gSalt
- 250mlWater

Method

Heat the sheep tail fat in a wide pan over medium heat until it renders.

Add the lamb shoulder and cook until well browned on all sides.
