- 4pcsEgg (hard-cooked and sliced)
- 180gCanned Tuna (drained)
- 80gGreen Olive (pitted and sliced)
- 25gCapers (drained)
- 35gHarissa Paste
- 15mlLemon Juice

Method

Combine the all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, white sugar, salt, and lukewarm water. Knead until smooth and elastic.

Cover and let the dough rise until doubled.

Divide into equal portions, shape into small oval buns, and rest until puffy.

Heat the vegetable oil to 175°C (350°F) and fry the buns until golden and cooked through on both sides. Drain well.

Split the warm buns and spread with the harissa paste.
