Frying

    Vegetable Oil

Filling

    Potato (boiled and sliced)

    Egg (hard-cooked and sliced)

    Canned Tuna (drained)
  • 80g
    Green Olive (pitted and sliced)
  • 25g
    Capers (drained)

    Harissa Paste
  • 15ml
    Lemon Juice

    Combine the all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, white sugar, salt, and lukewarm water. Knead until smooth and elastic.

    Cover and let the dough rise until doubled.

    Divide into equal portions, shape into small oval buns, and rest until puffy.

    Heat the vegetable oil to 175°C (350°F) and fry the buns until golden and cooked through on both sides. Drain well.

    Split the warm buns and spread with the harissa paste.

    Fill with the potato, eggs, canned tuna, green olive, and capers, then add the lemon juice and serve.
