    Tuna (sashimi-grade or previously frozen for raw consumption, cut into small cubes)
  • 80ml
    Lime Juice

    Salt

Dressing

  • 250ml
    Coconut Milk
  • 90g
    Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 180g
    Tomato (diced)
  • 180g
    Cucumber (diced)
  • 100g
    Green Bell Pepper (thinly sliced)

    Keep the tuna refrigerated until needed. Combine it with the lime juice and salt in a nonreactive bowl, cover, and refrigerate until the surface turns opaque.
