    Onion (thinly sliced)

    Garlic (crushed)
  • 160g
    Carrot (julienned)

    Green Cabbage (shredded)
  • 35ml
    Vegetable Oil

Sauce

  • 60ml
    Soy Sauce
  • 12g
    Corn Starch
  • 120ml
    Water
  • 4g
    Salt

    Soak the vermicelli noodles in the water until pliable, then drain well.

    Stir the soy sauce, corn starch, water, salt, and black pepper together until smooth.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Cook the onion and garlic until fragrant.

    Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned and it reaches 71°C (160°F).

    Add the carrot and green cabbage and stir-fry until just tender.

    Pour in the sauce and cook until it thickens lightly.
