    Mung Bean (rinsed)
  • 400g
    Corn
  • 500g
    Pumpkin (peeled and cubed)

    Onion (finely chopped)

  • 900ml
    Water
  • 250ml
    Coconut Milk

    Heat the vegetable oil in a heavy pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes, until softened.
