- 400gCorn
- 500gPumpkin (peeled and cubed)
- 120gOnion (finely chopped)

- 30mlVegetable Oil
- 900mlWater
- 250mlCoconut Milk

Heat the vegetable oil in a heavy pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes, until softened.
