Sauce
- 600gBeef Shoulder (cut into small pieces)
- 180gOnion (thinly sliced)
- 200gCarrot (cut into matchsticks)
- 180gRed Bell Pepper (thinly sliced)
- 250gTomato (chopped)
- 10gGarlic (minced)
- 50mlVegetable Oil
- 600mlWater
- 5gCumin Powder
- 4gPaprika
- 2gBlack Pepper
- 10gSalt
- 20gFresh Coriander (chopped)

Method

Bring the water to a boil in a large pot. Add the wheat noodles and cook until tender, then drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wide pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef shoulder and cook until browned.

Add the onion and cook until softened, then stir in the carrot and red bell pepper.

Add the tomato, garlic, cumin powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Cook until the tomato starts to break down.

Pour in the water and simmer until the beef shoulder is tender and the vegetables are coated in a light broth.

Stir in the fresh coriander just before serving.
