    Boil the potato in their skins until tender all the way through, then drain and keep them warm.

    Arrange the ham, cornichons, and baguette bread on serving plates or a platter.

    Melt the raclette cheese under a raclette grill or under a broiler at 220°C (425°F) until bubbling and lightly browned at the edges.
