Dough

    Unsalted Butter

    Saffron Threads

    Active Dry Yeast
  • 80g
    White Sugar

    All-Purpose Flour

    Warm the whole milk and melt in the unsalted butter. Add the saffron threads and let the mixture steep briefly, then cool until just warm.

    Stir in the active dry yeast, then mix in the white sugar, salt, and all-purpose flour.
