    Red Bean (soaked overnight and drained)
  • 1.5l
    Water

Sauce

  • 250ml
    Water
  • 150g
    Onion (finely chopped)
  • 10g
    Garlic (crushed)
  • 250g
    Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 30ml
    Vegetable Oil
  • 4g
    Cumin Powder
  • 10g
    Salt
  • 3g
    Black Pepper

    Put the red beans in a pot, add the water, and bring to a rolling boil for 10 minutes. Lower the heat and simmer until fully tender, then drain.

    Heat the vegetable oil and cook the onion until soft, then add the garlic.
