Dough

    Active Dry Yeast

    White Sugar

  • 220ml
    Whole Milk (lukewarm)

Frying

  • 40ml
    Canola Oil

Filling

  • 120g
    Brown Sugar
  • 4g
    Cinnamon Powder
  • 60g
    Walnuts (finely chopped)

    Stir the active dry yeast and white sugar into the lukewarm whole milk and let it stand until foamy.

    Mix the all-purpose flour and salt, add the milk mixture, and work it into a soft dough.

    Cover and let the dough rise until puffy.

    Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and walnuts.

    Divide the dough into equal pieces, flatten each one, add the filling, and pinch it closed.

    Heat the canola oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Place a filled ball seam-side down and flatten it into a thick pancake.
