    Beef Brisket (cut into bite-size pieces)

    Sesame Oil
  • 10g
    Garlic (finely chopped)

    Soy Sauce

    Beef Stock

    Soak the wakame seaweed in the cold water until softened, then drain and squeeze out excess moisture.

    Heat the sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and cook the beef brisket until it begins to lose its raw color.

    Add the garlic and the soaked wakame seaweed, and stir for a short time so the seaweed is coated in the oil.

    Pour in the beef stock and bring the soup to a gentle simmer.
