    Pork Lard
  • 15g
    Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 120g
    Chinese Sausage (thinly sliced)
  • 250g
    Shrimp (peeled)
  • 3pcs
    Egg (lightly beaten)
  • 150g
    Bean Sprouts
  • 60g
    Garlic Chives (cut into lengths)

Sauce

  • 30ml
    Soy Sauce
  • 20ml
    Dark Soy Sauce
  • 25ml
    Oyster Sauce
  • 2g
    White Pepper

    Mix the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white pepper in a small bowl.

    Heat the pork lard in a wok over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

    Add the Chinese sausage and cook until lightly browned. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until opaque and firm.
