- 120gChinese Sausage (thinly sliced)
- 250gShrimp (peeled)

- 60gGarlic Chives (cut into lengths)
Sauce
- 30mlSoy Sauce
- 20mlDark Soy Sauce
- 25mlOyster Sauce

Method

Mix the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white pepper in a small bowl.

Heat the pork lard in a wok over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the Chinese sausage and cook until lightly browned. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until opaque and firm.
