- 600gSweet Potato (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 800mlCoconut Milk
- 120gBrown Sugar
- 5mlVanilla Extract
- 2gNutmeg
- 2pcsCinnamon Stick
- 2gSalt

Method

Combine the coconut milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon sticks, and salt in a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer.
