    Garlic (crushed)
  • 20ml
    Sunflower Oil

    Paprika
  • 40g
    Tomato Paste
  • 1l
    Fish Stock
  • 300ml
    Water
  • 1pcs
    Bay Leaf

    Salt

    Black Pepper
  • 20ml
    White Wine Vinegar
  • 15g
    Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)

    Heat the sunflower oil in a pot. Add the onion and cook until soft, then stir in the garlic.

    Add the paprika and tomato paste and cook briefly without burning the paprika.

    Pour in the fish stock and water and add the bay leaf. Bring to a boil.

    Reduce to a gentle simmer and add the carp carefully.

    Cook until the fish reaches 63°C (145°F) and flakes easily.

    Season with the salt and black pepper and stir in the white wine vinegar.

    Remove the bay leaf and serve with the fresh parsley.
