Method

Heat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

Combine the apple, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and lemon peel.

Mix the unsalted butter and sunflower oil. Stack the phyllo dough sheets, brushing each lightly with the mixture.

Spread the filling along one long side and roll into a log.
