Filling

- 400gGround Beef
- 160gOnion (finely chopped)

- 20gGreen Chili (finely chopped)
- 160gTomato (finely chopped)
- 3gCumin Powder
- 3gCoriander Powder

Method
Follow each step in order. Ingredient names are highlighted as you go.

Mix the all-purpose flour, water, vegetable oil, and salt until smooth. Knead briefly, cover, and rest for 30 minutes.

Heat the ghee in a skillet. Add the onion and cook until softened, then add the garlic and green chili and cook briefly.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned and it reaches 71°C (160°F).

Stir in the tomato, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper, and salt. Cook until the filling is fairly dry, then cool.

Divide the dough into equal portions and stretch each very thin.

Place filling in the center, spoon over a little eggs, and fold into a square parcel.

Lightly grease a hot skillet with the ghee and cook each parcel over medium heat until crisp and golden and its egg filling is set.
