Mufete-Style Grilled Mackerel

Mufete is a grilled-fish preparation served in several Lusophone African cuisines. This São Tomé-style adaptation focuses on mackerel seasoned with lime, garlic, and piri piri; it does not reproduce every traditional platter accompaniment.
