- 2pcsPiri Piri Chili (finely chopped)
- 40mlLime Juice
- 30mlVegetable Oil

Method

Heat a grill or oven grill to 220°C (425°F).

Mix the garlic, piri piri chilies, lime juice, vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper.

Slash the mackerel and rub the seasoning over the skin, into the cuts, and inside the cavities.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes while the grill heats.

Grill, turning once if needed, until the skin is blistered and the thickest part reaches 63°C (145°F).

Serve hot.
