- 350gTuna (cut into chunks)
- 600mlCoconut Milk
- 200gTomato (chopped)
- 120gOnion (finely chopped)
- 12gGarlic (crushed)
- 20mlPalm Oil
- 1pcsMalagueta Chili (finely chopped)
- 300gBreadfruit (peeled and chopped)
- 8gSalt
- 2gBlack Pepper
- 500mlWater

Method

Heat the palm oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened.

Stir in the garlic and malagueta chili and cook briefly.

Add the tomato and cook until it collapses into a soft base.

Pour in the water and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add the breadfruit and cook until nearly tender.

Stir in the coconut milk and keep the soup at a very gentle simmer.
