    Ricotta Cheese

    Spinach (roughly chopped)

    Parmesan (finely grated)

    Tomato Sauce

    Garlic (finely chopped)

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method

    Heat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

    Warm the extra virgin olive oil, add the garlic, and cook briefly. Stir in the tomato sauce and simmer for a few minutes.

    Cook the spinach until wilted, squeeze out excess moisture, and cool.

    Mix the spinach with the ricotta cheese, Parmesan, salt, and black pepper.

    Lasagna sheets should be cooked until pliable, then drained and laid flat.

    Spread the filling over the sheets and arrange the ham on top. Roll into logs and cut into thick spirals.

    Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish, stand the spirals upright, and spoon the rest of the sauce around them. Scatter the Parmesan topping over the pasta.
