Noodles
- 200gVermicelli Noodles
- 600mlWater (hot)

- 350gGround Beef
- 30mlVegetable Oil
- 120gOnion (thinly sliced)
- 15gGarlic (finely chopped)
- 120gCarrot (julienned)
- 200gGreen Cabbage (shredded)
- 60mlSoy Sauce
- 2gBlack Pepper

Cover the vermicelli noodles with the hot water and soak until pliable. Drain well and cut into shorter lengths if needed.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant and lightly softened.

Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned and it reaches 71°C (160°F).

Stir in the carrot and green cabbage and cook until just tender.

Add the soy sauce and drained vermicelli and toss until the noodles are evenly coated and hot.

Season with the black pepper and serve.
