Oka I'aSamoan Raw Fish in Coconut Cream
Oka i’a is a Samoan raw-fish dish with citrus, coconut milk, and fresh vegetables. This version uses tuna sold for raw consumption and previously frozen as appropriate; citrus changes texture but does not make untreated raw fish safe.
