    White Rice (rinsed)
  • 1l
    Water
  • 60g
    Cocoa Stick (finely grated)
  • 400ml
    Coconut Cream
  • 80g
    White Sugar
  • 2g
    Salt

    Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and add the white rice.

    Reduce the heat and simmer until the rice is very soft.

    Stir in the grated cocoa stick and cook until it dissolves into the liquid and the pudding turns evenly dark.

    Add the coconut cream, white sugar, and salt and simmer gently, stirring often, until thick and spoonable.
