    Coconut Milk

    In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and white sugar.

    Rub in the coconut oil until the mixture looks sandy, then pour in the coconut milk and mix to form a soft dough.

    Knead the dough briefly until smooth, then let it rest for a few minutes.

    Divide the dough into equal pieces and flatten each one into a round.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan to 175°C (350°F) over medium heat.
