- 700gRed Bean (cooked and drained)
- 120gOnion (finely chopped)
- 240gTomato (finely chopped)
- 10gGarlic (crushed)
- 40mlVegetable Oil
- 2pcsBay Leaf
- 8gSalt
- 650mlWater

Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft.

Add the garlic and cook briefly, then stir in the tomato and cook until thick and saucy.

Add the red beans, water, and bay leaves and bring to a gentle simmer.
