Dough
- 500gAll-Purpose Flour
- 80gWhite Sugar
- 10gBaking Powder
- 4gCardamom Powder
- 5gSalt
- 250mlWhole Milk
- 1pcsEgg (lightly beaten)

Method

Combine the all-purpose flour, white sugar, baking powder, cardamom powder, and salt in a bowl.

Add the whole milk and egg, then mix and knead until a soft dough forms.

Cover the dough and let it rest briefly, then roll it out and cut it into small pieces.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan to 180°C (350°F).

Fry the dough pieces in batches until puffed and golden brown, turning once for even color.
