- 200gHam (diced)
- 20mlSunflower Oil
- 150gOnion (finely chopped)
- 60gTomato Paste
- 200gPickled Cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 200mlPickle Brine
- 60gBlack Olive
- 60gGreen Olive
- 30gCapers
- 2pcsBay Leaf
- 4gSalt
- 2gBlack Pepper

Method

Heat the sunflower oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft.

Stir in the tomato paste and cook until it darkens slightly and smells sweeter.

Add the smoked sausage and ham, then cook briefly so the meats release their flavor.

Pour in the beef stock and pickle brine, then add the pickled cucumber, black olive, green olive, capers, and bay leaves.
