Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line baking trays or prepare sheets of baking paper.

Warm the honey, white sugar, and unsalted butter together over low heat until melted and smooth.

Let the mixture cool briefly, then whisk in the eggs until smooth.
