- 500mlWater (well chilled)
- 250gCucumber (finely diced)
- 150gRadish (finely sliced)
- 300gPotato (peeled)

- 250gDoctors Sausage (finely diced)
- 15gFresh Dill (finely chopped)
- 20gMustard
