- 350mlWater
- 4gCardamom Powder
- 100mgSaffron Threads

Method

Combine the white sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer until the sugar has dissolved.

Add the cardamom powder, saffron threads, and rose water to the syrup, then keep it warm over very low heat.

Melt the ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the semolina flour and stir constantly until it smells nutty and turns lightly golden.

Pour the warm syrup into the toasted semolina a little at a time, stirring continuously so the mixture stays smooth.

Cook until the semolina absorbs the liquid and becomes soft and thick.

Spoon the sweet into a serving dish and scatter the pistachio nuts over the top.
