Stir-Fry

    Chicken Breast (thinly sliced)

    Shrimp (peeled)
  • 150g
    Carrot (julienned)
  • 250g
    Green Cabbage (shredded)
  • 120g
    Onion (sliced thinly)
  • 20g
    Garlic (chopped)
  • 30ml
    Vegetable Oil

Method

    Cover the rice noodles with the warm water until pliable, then drain well.

    Combine the chicken stock, soy sauce, seasoning sauce, and black pepper in a bowl and keep it nearby.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a wide pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until fragrant.

    Add the chicken breast and cook until nearly done, then add the shrimp. Continue cooking until the chicken breast reaches 74°C (165°F) and the shrimp is opaque.

    Add the carrot and green cabbage and toss briefly so the vegetables stay slightly crisp.

    Pour in the chicken stock mixture, then add the soaked rice noodles.

    Toss everything together until the noodles are tender and have absorbed most of the liquid.

    Serve hot with the calamansi juice on the side.
