Dough
- 500gBread Flour
- 7gActive Dry Yeast
- 250mlWhole Milk (lukewarm)
- 70gWhite Sugar
- 6gSalt
- 2pcsEgg (beaten)
- 80gUnsalted Butter (softened)
Topping
- 60gUnsalted Butter (softened)
- 30gWhite Sugar
- 80gCheddar Cheese (grated)

Method

Combine the whole milk and active dry yeast in a bowl and let it stand until foamy.

Mix the bread flour, white sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

Add the yeast mixture and the eggs, then mix until a rough dough forms.

Knead until the dough begins to smooth out, then work in the softened unsalted butter gradually until fully absorbed.

Continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise until doubled in size.

Divide and shape the dough into coils or rolls, then place them in greased molds or on a lined tray. Let them rise again until puffy.

Bake at 175°C (350°F) until golden and cooked through.

Spread the warm rolls with the softened unsalted butter, then sprinkle with the white sugar and cheddar cheese.
